months).

2 . Fill out reservation application & pay $250.00 deposit to hold your reservation. Cancellation policy:
$50.00 administration fee is non-refundable as is balance of deposit up to 30 days prior to pick-up date.
Deposit is otherwise applied entirely to your rental charges.
3. Pay for your rental period plus deposit before pick-up. (We take Visa, M/C, Discover, cash, & checks
up to 10 days prior to departure.)
4. Get FREE orientation/training (plan on 1-2 hours for new users) for entire motorhome and hit the road!
Additional Terms and Conditions & Charges:
- A refundable damage/security deposit of $1000.00 is required for all rentals.
- A refundable cleaning deposit of $150.00 is collected on all rentals. If you return the unit clean inside
and outside, we will gladly refund the cleaning fee. All units go out clean inside and outside. - Rental includes 100 miles per day. Miles over that are charged at .29/mile per mile.
- No refunds for early return.
- Insurance is NOT included. You have the choice to get a binder from your auto insurance carrier
from the company that insures us. You should contact us for additional coverage options or visit
www.mbachoice.com to purchase using 301961 as our dealer number.
- Rental includes 2 hours per day of generator use. Additional hours used are $2.50/hr. Most
campgrounds supply 30-amp power so you shouldn't need the generator. - Unit goes out with full tank of gasoline and propane and must be returned full. You will be charged
market price for fuel to top off the tank(s) plus a $25.00 service fee. - All units are non-smoking and no pets. There is a sanitation fee of $200.00 charged for pets or
smoking in unit. - All units go out with empty holding tanks and must be returned empty. (All campgrounds have a place
to dump.) There will be a $50.00 fee if the tanks are not empty. - Repairs caused by negligence or misuse will be deducted from the security/damage deposit after all
other fees. Damage beyond the security deposit amount is the responsibility of the renter and is due
upon unit return. - You need to supply all bedding, towels, paper products, and food prep items unless other
arrangements are made.
